Name, national ID, email, phone, qualifications, work experience, CV, and any data you choose to submit when applying.
2. How we use it
To submit your application to the chosen entity, enable reviewers to evaluate fit, and improve our services.
3. Legal basis — PDPL
Your data is processed under your explicit consent, in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree M/19, 1443H).
4. Data sharing
We share your data only with the international entities you applied to and our internal review team. We never sell your data.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data; withdraw consent; and file a complaint with SDAIA.
6. Data retention
We retain your application for 24 months from last update, then it is deleted automatically unless you request an extension.
7. Right to deletion
To request deletion, email privacy@pre-dawli-mofa.dev with proof of identity. We respond within 30 days.
