  • You establish and maintain a practical emergency monitoring system, support inter-sectoral planning, track programme performance, produce analytical products to inform decision-making, strengthen data quality, and contribute to accountability mechanisms, including HACT, PSEA, field monitoring, third-party monitoring, and partner performance reviews.
  • You provide hands-on support to programme sections, field teams, and partners in a fast-paced emergency environment, ensuring effective coordination, timely reporting, and evidence-based response management.
  • Summary of key functions/accountabilities: Technical leadership and operational coordination are provided for planning, monitoring and performance management of the Ebola response in Bunia and affected health zones.
